An employee who has passed their probation period may have a company smartphone. As of September 2018, the model may be a phone costing up to £1,200 including VAT.

The smartphones remain the property of Cultivate. They must be returned on leaving the company, or on receiving a replacement.

Employees are only entitled to a new phone every two years.
